Why LVL UP?
At LVL UP, strength training is our priority. Strength and conditioning can be defined as the selection and development of dynamic exercises used to improve physical performance.
We take the time to show the proper breakdown of those dynamic exercises. Some movements include squats, push-ups, rows, deadlifts, pull-ups, and even pushing sleds and flipping tires! We show the “roadmap” of how to do these effective training modalities.
What can you expect?
Each LVL UP workout routine is different and will provide the breakdown of a more dynamic exercise into 5 progressions, or as we call them Levels.
As a participant, you select the exercise level based on your current fitness abilities.
