Frequently Asked Questions
What is LVL UP Fitness?
At LVL UP, strength training is our priority. Strength and Conditioning can be defined as “the selection and development of dynamic exercises used to improve physical performance.”
We take the time to show the proper breakdown of those dynamic exercises. This includes things like barbell squats, push-ups, sled pushes, hinging exercises like rows and deadlifts, pull-ups, and even running and climbing ropes! We show the “roadmap” of how to do these effective training modalities.
I haven’t worked out in a long time? Can I still do the workout?
LVL UP Fitness classes are designed for ALL levels of fitness and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. LVL UP Fitness trainers are here to help individuals achieve their desired result with our unique programming. Our classes give all fitness levels the options to select the movements and modifications that you are comfortable with.
