“Being an athlete my entire life fitness has always been something I’ve enjoyed to do. After college I struggled to find the right gym for me. That was until I was introduced to LvlUp. Everyone here has been so warm, welcoming and helpful. The coaches and all of the staff want nothing more than to help you achieve your goals no matter how big or small.
Since joining, I’ve never felt more supported in my fitness journey as I do every morning at 5:30am. The team has given me back more confidence within myself that I felt I lost after college athletics. This is the strongest I’ve ever felt and the exciting part is, I don’t even think that I’ve reached my full potential yet. With the help of the trainers I feel like my bar is raised every time I step into the gym. Being a part of the LvlUp Legion makes it easy to want to show up not only for yourself but for the other members in class with you. Never would I have thought in a New Years Transformation Challenge for 8 weeks last year that I would have been the female winner for amount of muscle gained.

LVL UP really means to LEVEL UP - your body, your fitness and your mental and physical strength. The workouts are different every day so you never get bored, exercise different muscle groups and push yourself to get stronger. I love strength training. It is the only thing that keeps me motivated, energized and most importantly the only thing that has allowed me to change my body and become stronger, leaner and more toned.
I could not wait until they opened and when they did I was one of the first to sign up. The environment, classes and people at LVL UP make me want to work out, to get up in the am and put on my gym clothes. The trainers are fantastic, happy to see you and incredibly motivational. I love walking in here every day to workout with people who have become my friends. No other gym has ever made me feel like this before.
I have come so far and I cant want to see where this journey takes me. Thank you to everyone at LVL UP!

I’m down a total of 14 lbs and 3 jean sizes!!
After having 2 babies within 2.5 years, I found myself overweight, out of shape and unhappy with my appearance. I started hearing how good weight training is but I never knew where to start. I felt intimidated at gyms with big bulky guys hovering over the machines. I saw a weight training class at LVL UP Fitness on the MINDBODY app and pulled the trigger. I haven’t looked back since that first class. It’s hard work but with commitment and some tweaks to my nutrition, the results have been incredible. I’m the strongest I’ve ever been and my confidence is back! I’m finally comfortable in my skin. I think the unique style of gym and the supportive community of trainers and people that work out here are a huge part of my success.

"At the start of the 6 week Transformation Challenge at LVL UP, I had the goal to just feel stronger and capable to do exercises I’ve never done before. LVL UP created the perfect balance of structure and support that pushed me to reach my goals, and achieve so much more! The coaches were incredible in guiding me on how to build a solid foundation of form to build on, challenging me to push farther and lift heavier, and motivating me to believe in myself. Both the coaches and the members at LVL UP create such a welcoming and encouraging environment that it makes me look forward to every single class. I’ve been able to progressively grow and max out on my deadlifts, go from being able to do 4 assisted pull-ups to over 30 assisted pull-ups, increase my endurance, and see a real difference in my body composition. I’m feeling so strong, confident, and capable at the end of this transformation challenge and I can’t wait to keep progressing!

This six week challenge was a way to reaffirm that commitment and hold me accountable to consistency, routine and the importance of prioritizing my own needs. "Since starting the 6 week challenge I have lost 6 pounds. I have been showing up and being consistent as well as having well balanced meals. Since I started working out at LVLUP in July I have lost a total of 10 pounds. I have been feeling great and really enjoy the workouts that push me every day to achieve my goals. "Joining LvlUp about a year ago has completely transformed my life. Before that, I rarely went to the gym, always felt tired, and believed my injuries from my time in the Army Rangers—along with multiple surgeries—would keep me from getting serious about fitness.
Since my wife and I joined in January 2024, I’ve consistently attended the 5:30 AM weekday classes, along with sessions on Saturdays and Sundays. I’m done by 6:30 AM and at work early, and I’m now closing in on 330 classes since starting!
I’ve gained significant strength and lost nearly 37 pounds. But more importantly, I feel better about myself and have regained confidence. I’ve dropped from size 42 pants to a 36 and from XXL shirts to a large. The weight loss and early morning workouts have given me a huge boost in energy.

"So here’s my progress pics of 6 months at LVL UP. After gaining weight from not exercising for 12 weeks over the summer (doctor’s orders), I was super motivated to get back in shape. I’ve been consistently showing up 4-5 times a week. I didn’t think I changed since the scale hadn’t moved (maybe even a pound or two heavier now!) However, since the last challenge required photos, I got to see it with my own eyes.
The scale is not the only measurement of success. My back and arms are more toned, I lost inches in my waist, and more shape to my legs. I hope this encourages people to those who haven’t since that scale budge."

These pictures are two years (and about 15 pounds) apart. I went to LvlUp to add some strength training to my fitness routine. Within a few months, I became a full-time member and never looked back.
However some things cannot be captured in a photograph. Although I’ve lost weight, I’ve gained confidence. I’ve gained strength. I’ve accomplished things I no longer thought were possible.
The trainers here are supportive and knowledgeable. The gym community as a whole is inclusive and friendly.
LvlUp fitness is my home away from home.

Sharing this picture is a HUGE step out of my comfort zone. This "before" picture was taken just prior to joining Lvlup. At the time, Lvlup was just a dirt floor and concrete walls but after talking to Tyler, listening to his vision for what he wanted to bring to the gym community, I was sold. I don't like change, I thrive on routine. Making the leap to Lvlup Fitness wasn't easy, but has been the best decision I have made for myself. My journey with Lvlup, so far, has helped me shed 40+ lbs, restored confidence and helped me build strength and muscles I never dreamed of having! The coaches are top-notch, even helping me rehab from double knee replacement, always keeping an eye on me; keeping me safe and modifying my workouts when needed. I have found a place that is welcoming to everyone, at any fitness level, encouraging and motivating each other all while having fun! While I still don't like being photographed or looking in a mirror (that still runs deep!) I can finally accept how far I've come and appreciate what my body can do. Lvlup is SO much more than a gym...it's a community...it's home!

I owe a lot to LvlUp and its coaches. Before joining, I had never been serious about weight training, but now I’m in the gym 6–7 days a week, hitting bench presses, military presses, lat pulldowns, deadlifts, and more. Over the past year, I’ve gained not just strength but also confidence. With a back injury, the intense focus on strengthening my back, legs, and core has been a game changer.
