Your trainer will lead you through the LVL UP workout which combines general strength training with HIIT-style cardio.
Each workout begins with a dynamic warmup to prep the whole body for the work that’s to come.
The trainer greets the group and demonstrates the day’s “Key Movement” as well as all other exercises to be performed in class.
